We do not provide technical support via cell phone, as well as via various messengers Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram, Skype, etc.
If you find errors in the calibration maps or incorrect operation of the editor, you need to report it to technical support, please make sure to make a CORRECT request/letter to technical support.
Specifically:
Make sure that you have the current version of the program with the latest updates installed.
Make sure that the error you assume in the editor is really present, i.e. you actually wrote the firmware to ECM after editing in ECULite and there is a real discrepancy/problem. And not just you imagined or you compared in Winols with the file of another calibrator and there for example the error mask is at a different address, etc. etc.
Write the sequence of actions leading to the problem you noticed.
Specify the firmware version with which the problem occurred.
Specify what exactly happens, at what actions, what in your opinion is wrong, and how in your opinion should be correct.
In the request letter you should specify:
The version of the ECULite editor you have installed.
Your ECULite key number.
Name and email to which the program is registered.
Attach firmware files for which you have questions, and also attach detailed, readable photos/screens of the working screen in good quality/resolution on which the problem described by you is indicated.
IMPORTANT: Letters to tech support with the following content:
“The error mask is crooked, here is the stock.”
“I can’t get anything to work.”
“I can’t open the firmware.”
“Teach me how to calibrate the firmware.”
“I don’t understand anything.”
As well as similar requests and letters without a detailed description of the problem and examples with photos/screens will not be processed.
Correctly composed requests to technical support will be processed as soon as possible and you will receive a letter with a response no later than 48 hours on working days.
